Life Coaching

For most of us life can often be very busy. Many of us are continuously juggling the ‘balls’ of Work, Career, Family, Friends, Health etc to ensure that one doesn’t drop. Sometimes in our busy lives, we may lose focus or can feel lost or directionless. Based on our different roles in life… eg: parent, spouse, child, employee/employer, friend etc… there are often pressures coming from all angles and at times it can be difficult to find our own real happiness, fulfilment and success. We may have forgotten what we’re great at, have lost confidence in our abilities, lack inspiration or motivation – or entertain relationships and habits that don’t serve us or hold us back.

Life coaching can help anyone find real happiness, fulfilment and success so long as they want to make a change and are ready to take personal responsibility and action to do so. In life coaching we will develop a trusting, confidential relationship, set personal goals and go on a journey to achieve your vision. The whole process is client led – you choose the agenda and I guide, facilitates and support the process of transformation.

You can be coached under any heading that is part of ‘life’ but typically people have coaching around the following areas:

  • Changing career
  • Overcoming problems at work
  • Losing weight
  • Getting fit
  • Resolving relationship problems
  • Resolving or coping with family problems
  • Resolving or coping with health problems
  • Overcoming fears eg: public speaking
  • Improving low self-esteem
  • Overcoming financial problems


Typically clients choose to have 6 sessions initially, usually once a week or once a fortnight, with each session lasting between 50 minutes – 1 hour 30 minutes. After the 6 weeks clients may choose to continue to work with me regarding other areas of their lives. Sessions can be face-to-face or online.
